質問<1007>2002/11/15
次の式が成り立つことを証明せよ。 (1) Σ[n=0→N-1]sin(2kπn/N)sin(2lπn/N)=0 (2) Σ[n=0→N-1]cos(2kπn/N)cos(2lπn/N)=1 ただし、k≠l,0≦k,l≦N である。 どうかお願いします。

本当にすいません。 質問1007ですが、(2)のcosの時も0になります。 1になるのはNまで和分したときでした。 御迷惑おかけしました。

sin(2kPin/N)sin(2lPin/N)={cos(2(k+l)Pin/N)-cos(2(k-l)Pin/N)}/(-2) The sum of cos(2(k+l)Pin/N) for n=0 to n=N-1 is 0. And the sum of cos(2(k-l)Pin/N) for n=0 to n=N-1 is 0. Proof exp(it)=cos(t)+isin(t) z=exp(2Pi/N) then 1+z+z^2+...+z^(N-1)=(1-z^N)/(1-z)=0 (z^N=1) w=exp(2Pi(k+l)n/N) The sum 1+w+...+w^N-1=0 Then the sum of cos(2Pi(k+l)n/N)+isin(2Pi(k+l)n/N) for n=0 to n=N-1 is 0. Then the sum of cos(2Pi(k+l)n/N) for n=0 to n=N-1 =0.And the sum of sin(2Pi(k+l)n/N) for n=0 to n=N-1 =0. (2) cos(2kPin/N)cos(2lPin/N)={cos(2Pi(k+l)n/N)+cos(2Pi(k-l)n/N)}/2 and so on.
