　楕円を仮定し、その楕円上から法線方向に一定の距離にある点の集合
である図形は、どのような式で表すのでしょうか。お教え下さい。

一定の距離というのを c (外向きを正とする)とおくと、
x = a \cos\theta
    + c b \cos\theta / \sqrt{a^2 \cos^2\theta + b^2 \sin^2\theta},
y = b \sin\theta
    + c a \sin\theta / \sqrt{a^2 \cos^2\theta + b^2 \sin^2\theta}
となるようです。□
